Overview
The Almorran race was a race of witches that existed during the time of the Mortal Wars. They no longer exist during the events of The Network Series, though their magic lives on.
The Mortal Wars
The Mortal Wars were not only a conflict between the witches and mortals of Antebellum. The Almorran were also part of the war, and each side fought each other. Once the mortals had been driven out of Antebellum, the witches destroyed the Almorran race.
Magic
The magic used by the Almorran race is much different than that used by the witches of Antebellum. Their magic is considered to be a dark and evil magic. Despite the Almorran race being extinct, Almorran magic still exists.
